Free quilt block pattern: Dutch Windmill
Diana, of Red Delicious Life, created two quilt blocks as part of the Fabri-Quilt New Block Hop (over now). The first one, Dutch Windmill, uses a method of construction that gave her pause. She explains,
Anyone who’s followed me for a while knew that I had a fear of paper piecing less than a year ago, and look at me now — opting to create a paper pieced block!
Good going Diana.

Free quilt block pattern: Parasailing
The second one, Parasailing, uses regular piecing (no paper). She created both blocks with EQ7 software. My favorite is Dutch Windmill, but either would be great in a quilt project.

Good Morning Scarlett! Both of these blocks are fabulous; I love the results shown as a full quilt. They are just so appealing. Thank you so much for sharing this link. Have a fantastic creative day!
