16 hour strawberry mini quilt

July 6, 2016 by Scarlett Burroughs

Strawberry Mini Quilt Pigeon PungoShelley of A Pigeon in Pungo made this strawberry mini as part of the Sew Modern Magazine mini quilt challenge. To meet the deadline she had exactly 16 hours to start a-n-d finish. Undeterred, she explains,

PPffhh  …16 hours – heck I could make a normal size quilt and this is only a tiny one.  Challenge on!

She succeeded, but not without some teeny tiny obstacles. If you only have time to read one blog post today, this is the one. Her storytelling is laugh-out-loud funny. She not only provides links to other mini finishes, but to the Magic 8 Method of making half square triangles.
