Teresa of Teresa Down Under shares on her blog how to make this Christmas-themed lap quilt. She’s broken it down into three parts, the first is piecing the quilt top – notice she’s using gorgeous holiday fabric. The second is embellishing the quilt top with embroidery threads – this makes it super personal. In the third tutorial, Teresa demos improvisational piecing a tree to create a unique quilt back, followed by quilting the three layers together, finishing with a mitered binding.
