Impressive! Sonalee, of CreativeInstincts, made this large (90″ x 110″) Rajasthan quilt in a weekend. Even better, she used her domestic sewing machine for all the quilting and binding. Just think about how hard it is to manage three layers within the constraints of a typical sewing machine’s throat plate. Smartly, she kept it to straight stitches. For the binding, she finished the top with a decorative stitch.
