Nail polish mini quilt

Quilting can be hard on your nails, but that doesn’t mean we makers don’t want ours to look pretty. Katy Jones of Monkey Do (I’m a Ginger Monkey), made this mini quilt with a free pattern she found over at the fat quarter Shop. She explains the impetus for the pattern is a shade of OPI nail polish favored by the pattern maker. I normally wear Revlon brand, but right now (thanks to a friend dragging me to Sally’s Beauty Supply on our lunch hour) I’m wearing OPI’s Over the Taupe. Do you have a favorite shade?
