Is there poop on this quilt?

April 26, 2012 by Scarlett Burroughs

It sure looks like it since Sue of Quilt Notes named the quilt My Poopy Puppy. She explains it was in response to a *Quilting Arts Magazine reader challenge about pet peeves. Hers is dog owners not scooping up their dog’s poop in a public place we all must share, like a dog park. Go HERE to learn more.

*This quilt appeared in the Dec 2011/Jan 2012 issue of Quilting Arts Magazine.

Thanks for posting my “Poopy Puppy” quilt. I checked my blog stats yesterday and couldn’t figure out why I had so many views! This challenge asked us to quilt one of our pet peeves. It was so hard to choose one — people who don’t clean up after their pets, people who throw cigarette butts and trash out the window, people who park in front of the grocery store and block traffic … and that’s all before 10:00 AM!!!!

My pleasure Sue. I think your quilt is hilarious! I share every one of your pet peeves. Warmly, Scarlett
