How to Make a Beginner Squares Quilt

July 7, by Claudia Porter. Leave a Comment

It is hip to be square right?  Well it definitely is with this striking beginner quilt pattern from Suzy Quilts.  The simple square pack a striking graphic punch with the fabrics used.

The downloadable pattern is professional looking and easy to follow.  It even has all of the fabric used in the photographed quilts.  That makes it easy for quilters who want to get the same look.  The finished quilt measures 58″ x 58″ so it is an ideal lap size.

In the blog post you will find quilting tips and stitching suggestions.  Suzy Quilts is known for her striking modern work and this free quilt pattern is no exception.
