This red, white and blue quilt made by Allison, of Cluck Cluck Sew, is the perfect decor for the 4th of July. It’s very little fuss for a big impact. Though she made this a few years back, it bears repeating for two reasons. One, if you are an experienced quilter and have never made a stars quilt, you should. It’s endlessly versatile. And for those just picking up the needle, Allison’s star design is the perfect patchwork start. Because when you sew the finished blocks into rows, the points do not have to match. Brilliant!
