Gina from Se La Cava made this baby quilt from some of her old t-shirts and blouses. She said using t-shirts makes a super soft blanket for little ones. That’s important since this was a gift to her infant daughter. Check out the owl and guitars, adorable. She shares how she made it on her blog. Go to Tutorial.

This is a really cute baby blanket but you should really consider using a fusible interfacing on the back of each t shirt so that your blanket will wear well with time. Otherwise, with normal wear and tear and also with regular washing, it is sure to get holes and fall apart. Jersey knits always need an interfacing.
