Division, with roots going back to the United States Civil War, is growing here. Post-election, hate is the new civil. But, when the world seems intolerable, look to the peacemakers and piece-makers.
Take Jayne, of Twiggy and Opal, who created this 13″ x 7 1/4″ quilt she calls, “Safe With Me”. The gold metallic fabric for the pin is a great choice; it sparkles against the black ground.
