Life is not always sunshine and rainbows, as Darlene of QuiltShopGal reminds us in her blog post, “When The Unexpected Happens and Life Changes In A Blink Of An Eye”. There, she explains how quilter (quilt author, teacher, and fabric designer) Angela Walters is in the middle of a family crisis after her brother was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Dec 10, 2015.

Although, quilters and others in the creative community are already responding to help out this family (ICU is not cheap), there is more to do.
