Quick Strippies spotted + free pattern

Mary Johnson, of MaryQuilts.com, expresses joy in seeing her quilt design used for some in this collection of donation quilts. The makers are members of two Tyler Texas churches and the entire lot, all 111, are going to the local Salvation Army.

Of her pattern, “Quick Strippie”, she explains,

Just a yard of a novelty print and two coordinating fabrics from stash and it always looks so cute!

I agree. Notice the quilt on the front row, third from the right, where the quilter used a yellow print with pink and blue strips. Adorable. If you need a go-to quilt pattern for donations or quick gifts this is a must-have.
