Tap October 21, 2015 into your digi device. This is the day students and designers from the UNSW Art and Design school host members of the Quilters’ Guild of NSW at their Randwick Campus for a day of sewing.
This is what you need to know from the guild’s website:
- The theme is recycled so bring eco-friendly fabric
- BYO sewing machine or borrow one at the event
- Mel Wimborne will teach how to cut templates with a laser cutter
- You do need to register
Best of all, quilters with mad skills will accompany you on your creative journey.
