Not all of us live close enough to quilt museums to get in even a single visit. But, did you know the International Quilt Study Center and Museum, out of Lincoln, Nebraska, offers online exhibitions? They do indeed.
Though each exhibit is well worth your time, don’t miss a few of my favorites, including Posing With Patchwork, Wild By Design, and The Engineer Who Could. The latter exhibit refers to a husband of a quilter who found fault with the lack of precision in his wife’s quilts. As an engineer, he thought he could do better. It’s a must-see-read.
