Inspiration: Gingham Block Coasters

Heidi Staples of Fabric Mutt did a guest post at fat quarter Shop to kick off Pattern Makeover. The idea is to use a book you already own, and create something stand-a-lone. Heidi created these coasters that way. Selecting something in a pastel palette would make these perfect for welcoming Spring. I’m picturing one of these cuties under a cocktail on my back patio with my feet up and the grill on.
