How to Make a Halloween Disappearing Nine Patch Quilt

For a spooktacularly easy Halloween quilt look no further than this pattern from Jedi Craft Girl. It uses various oranges, blacks and whites so it’s a great scrap buster. It is also a fun and festive version of the disappearing nine-patch quilt block.

Quilters are always looking for ways to change things up and there are a number of different disappearing blocks. This is one of the more popular ones and it really shines in this quilt.

The finished lap quilt measures 49″ x 62″ and various fabrics. The initial squares of fabric are cut into 5″ squares so it is an ideal pattern for all of those charm packs you can’t resist at the quilt store.
