I don’t know about you, but I can spend hours in a quilt shop trying to pick out fabrics for a new quilt. Sometimes I just want a quilt that I can put together without having to purchase all of the fabric and the pattern separately. That is why quilt kits are so handy. The pattern is by It’s Sew Emma and the fabric line is Christmas Figs II by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics. It is an intermediate skill level design, and the finished quilt measures 82.5″ x 82.5″. You do need to purchase the backing separately, but the website tells you how much you are going to need.
The design is slightly reminiscent of the Burgoyne Surrounded pattern, a classic design which has been popular for many years.
