Can you imagine strolling through 200 exhibit quilts in the birthplace of the legend of Rosie the Riveter with a view of the San Francisco skyline? It’s possible if you attend the Voices in Cloth 2012 Quilt Show being held at the historic Craneway Pavilion this weekend, March 17th and 18th. The quilt show is a biennial event of the East Bay Heritage Quilters, and what an incredible venue they’ve chosen.
Shown here is one of two quilts that will be raffled. It’s called Thank Your Lucky Stars by Jane Herlihy, quilted by Kathy Ritter at New Pieces, photography by C&T Publishing.
Tickets: Adults $12. Kids age 5-12, $3. Kids age 4 and younger, free.
