Easy Quilt in a Day Quilt Pattern

February 20, by Claudia Porter. Leave a Comment

Are you pressed for time but would love to make a quilt in a day?  Here’s a super easy project from Pieces by Polly.

The finished quilt measures about 42 1/2″ x 59 1/2″ so it is a nice baby or small lap size.  It would make a pretty picnic blanket too.  All you need are the general quilting supplies and your favorite fabrics.

This is a great pattern for beginners and would look lovely in any color combination.  It is also ideal for precuts.

Sometimes you just need to whip up a quick quilt for something special, and this pattern is for you.  If you are a quilter then you probably have all of the supplies you need on hand.

1. Mix 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 cups of distilled water until all lumps are dissolved.
2.  Fill a glass spray bottle.
