This unique and festive candy corn table topper from Sisters of the Divide would make a lovely gift for someone. I love that the designer has used fussy cutting and Halloween themed fabrics to really show off the pattern. Those cats hopping around some of the rows would put a smile on anyone’s face. The design also reminds me a bit of a spider web.
Each of the six triangular sections look like a piece a candy corn. I especially love the way the candy corn fabric comes together in the center.
Fun fact for anyone who is curious about candy corn; it’s fat free. I wish all candy was like that!
If you don’t have Halloween fabric on hand, you can easily use other Halloween colors to make this pattern shine. You could also completely change the look of it and make it in Christmas colors for a beautiful holiday centerpiece. It is definitely a great scrap busting project and made with 2.5″ strips, it’s also a good jelly roll project.
Complete with step by step photos and detailed instructions, the designer throws in plenty of helpful hints to help make assembling the topper easier.
