I haven’t read “Scrap Happy Quilts” yet, but as someone who loves quilting and enjoys working with scraps, I’m eager to get my hands on this book. From the description, it sounds like it’s filled with innovative and stylish projects that will help quilters make the most of their fabric remnants.
