The strip quilt, “Fiesta” is the largest in a series of quilts Rob Appell made for the *Libby Lehman fundraising book, Color Strata Quilts; Seam, Cut & Sew. The solids in color strata order were a nod to Libby. But as the central design element, where do you get started creating this look?
