Tutorial: Simple Mug Rug

Sara from the split stitch made this simple mug rug that she says is a sure way to use up lots of pretty fabric scraps. This is a thorough tutorial with lots of photos and directions for piecing and binding with nice mitered corners. Also, the straight line quilting is a great place to start for beginning quilters. Get the tute.
