Melanie at A Sewing Journal did a guest post at Skip to my Lou as part of the Holiday Bake, Craft and Sew Along. Melanie says this about her project,

I came up with these easy-to-make, reversible coasters that would make a great hostess gift. I plan to make up a few sets of these in order to be prepared in time for the holidays!
