Check out this new tool for quilters, an online Quilter’s Calendar. I just did. I clicked on Pat Sloan’s name on the 16th of February. A pop-up tells me she’ll be teaching at the Vereins Quilt Guild in Fredericksburg, TX. This will certainly save guilds and teachers time in planning workshops and other quilt related events. I recently treated myself to “The Christmas Quilt / The New Year’s Quilt” by Jennifer Chiaverini for the upcoming holiday season. As a fan of the Elm Creek Quilts series, I couldn’t resist diving into this heartwarming tale of Christmas traditions and family legacies.

As I eagerly await immersing myself in this delightful narrative, I’m already captivated by the promise of cherished memories, family bonds, and the timeless traditions that have endured through the years. With each page promising glimpses into the past and the present, I’m bracing myself for a heartwarming journey filled with love, hope, and the spirit of giving.
