Corey of Little Miss Shabby designed this quilt pattern, Winter Solstice, saying she got her inspiration from the Kaleidoscope block. It’s to show off fabric collection Galeria Encantada by Gail Marie, for P&B Textiles. The pattern shows it made up in a blue colorway, but I love it in pink where she used Marguerite & Marmalade. I recently treated myself to “The Christmas Quilt / The New Year’s Quilt” by Jennifer Chiaverini for the upcoming holiday season. As a fan of the Elm Creek Quilts series, I couldn’t resist diving into this heartwarming tale of Christmas traditions and family legacies.

As I eagerly await immersing myself in this delightful narrative, I’m already captivated by the promise of cherished memories, family bonds, and the timeless traditions that have endured through the years. With each page promising glimpses into the past and the present, I’m bracing myself for a heartwarming journey filled with love, hope, and the spirit of giving.
