It’s Leah Day’s fault I just bought the book Free Expression: The Art and Confessions of a Contemporary Quilter, by Robbi Eklow. She mentioned it in her latest blog post over at 365 Days of Free Motion Quilting as the reason she is embracing fusible applique. While I was shopping I also picked up art + quilt. My bad. Be sure and check out her water goddess project, My Cup Runneth Over. It’s wonderful.

Mine came in this week and I agree with you. It’s lovely. I think both books are going to take me where I want to go with my quilting. Keep all of us updated on your creative journey.
